Well, someone started, so here it goes. (and no ERT, you can't steal my content for your next video)

Zhang Jike is rumored to be heading towards Japan and to coach there.
This has been on Chinese social media of late.

ZJK has been silent on this matter, but his father couldn't resist as the rumor is getting out of hand.

I am the one who started it in the other threat. If ZJK gets to go to Japan to coach, that means the scandal has not affected his image or career that much. I think that last time I read anything about it was about 6 months ago.

And ZJK is the only famous table tennis player who owes other people money. cough cough, Kong Linghui.....

too bad. I wish it was true. ZJK coaching Harimoto!? How awesome would that be.

And I don't see any reason to hesitate posting this talk. If its true, that's pretty exciting news. If it turns out to be untrue, life goes on.

When Lin Jun Yu started to play professionally, his dad hired ZJK's coach to train his BH...
no, was maybe the 2nd or 3rd coach after playing professionally
question to be asked was at what time do you consider it "professionally"

I would say, the moment he decided on real home schooling at age 16, despite still registered at a school that I frequently visit and has his posters EVERYWHERE.
At that time, he tried full time, and his coach then was carried over from junior high (middle school). and the coach was sent by Taiwan Co-Op to look after him since elementary school years.

Then afterwards, he went back to his hometown in Ilan, and then ZJK's coach came, via the arrangement from the Chinese coach that appears in a couple of my training videos.

Nah. We must respect ZJK's privacy. Or I guess it is only an issue when we are discussing the fairer sex...

I thought the story with Kong Ling Hui was he was on the hook for the gambling debts of his relative whom he brought as part of an entourage to a casino and this relative kept overspending. Then some folks used the incident to get him fired/demoted as part of a political purge. Did someone else have a different version where he was personally responsible for the gambling losses?

I think that's Kong Linghui's explanation. It depends on how "loose" the Macau's casino is to let his relative take out loans under his name. I personally think Macau's casino has tighter regulation, meaning they are not going to let Kong take out such a big sum of money unless Kong is also not gambling himself. Plus who would take out such a big sum of line of credit/loan, just to let your relative gamble it away? It just defies common sense.

from what I hear, gambling problem is huge in CNT
and if we were to say, grand slam winners - yes, since Waldner too have this problem.

so Ma Long need to watch out....

What goes on in that organisation is too politically driven.

Do you recall how Cai got ousted and they wanted to touch LGL?
How many mens team coach and player boycotted CNT?
it all got swept under the carpet,
Cai got promoted
LGL got promoted
and now the 2 coaches are head coaches.

Kong's dismissal isn't as clean one may think.
Even Shi's dismissal was a "promotion"
Only Qin exit to me looked like a heros send off and promotion
Its so difficult to even see what is true and what has some deeper meaning in that place
