Aloha everyone!
So here comes maybe interesting in some way review of my super-customized racket!
In short, I decided to make a little experiment when I had some «extra» coin. =)
What exactly did I do? I was wondering what will be if you glue the 999 rubber with a «sponge» that's not really fits playing table tennis. Precisely, a EVA foam sheet. You maybe know what it's made for, right? Definitely not for TT.
So, here are my feelings.
The only thing I didn't like — a still noticeable dents which you may see. Once again, not a big surprise — those «sponge» isn't really for the table tennis. It gives back something when you push it, but that's so negligible so you may forget about it. When you push it really hard, more likely there will be a dent after that so general feeling like you push the plasticine. The sound when you hit the ball is wooden.
About the general feelings when I tried to play… Well… %) How do you think I'd feel myself taking the penhold bat the first ever time? =) Just was curious so I decided to kill two rabbits: try the penhold grip and see what's gonna happen with that kind of set. Maybe if I play more I'll have more impressions, but for now I'll mark that as 3,5/5.
Why am I writing this at all? IDK. Just want to share with you my experiment results. =) I did it mainly for myself but who knows, maybe you'll be interesting to read. Also, I wouldn't advice to use the EVA foam sheet if you'd like to do it for some reasons.
Thanks for reading if you did! =)
(and sry for my bad English if anything, Imma newbie)
Have a nice day!

So, here are my feelings.
- Slow, great for spins;
- Still sensitive for the incoming spin;
- SURPRISINGLY was playable;
- Right after removing the film off the sheet it was tacking with no bounces (not a big surprise);
- Super (well, not super, but noticeably) lightweight.
