Wow, tieba users really have issues with everyone on planet earth, don't they?
I'm glad more and more people are talking out about it.

I'm not sure if it is in their education system or if they get monetary rewards or what, but quite often you have these users traveling abroad and need to enforce the platforms view on others.

It could one of those tieba user who is student at a UK university and the professor put up flags in a powerpoint of all the students from her class, which includes the flags of Hong Kong and Taiwan, and the tieba user request the professor to remove those 2 flags as if it is his duty to remove all "offensive" images in his sight.
Or during the German hosted world university games, when a Taiwanese gov official hands over a congratulations letter from the president for winning medals, that tieba users feel the need and their right to confiscate it, because it doesn't say "China" on there.

On the internet, you will just get more tieba users abusing others, because they feel they are the official "tt police" and assuming with them in numbers, a bunch of false information, would one day become truth. And its funny, the likes of zeio needs to use vpn, to come and spread those views, because the gov doesn't want them to be talking to us, or maybe he was granted a mission to do so?

They sure played one hell of a game against Sweden, was on nails the whole game and they deserved it, they are gonna be dangerous in the future... 😎
Any discussion of why Ranfeur was fielded over Falck? Was it all about Ranfeur having beaten OI recently?

didnt get to watch much but got to see the end of that jorgic chirita match... Romania chasing their dreams. exciting
Chirita is legit. When I saw him playing Jorgic instead of playing his usual powerslot, it was clear that Filemon wanted to win the match early. If he had let Jorgic beat Ionescu, then Kozul and Tokic would definitely have put up resistance and Jorgic may have had momentum too for the 4th match. Playing Chirita and Chirita winning just took almost everything out of Slovenia. EI kills Kozul and then Tokic tries his best but his best days are well behind him vs OI.

Obviously , Felix and Gauzy and Alexis are different fish, but definitely if Romania has proven anything, they have a chance and they have a team.

Actually Falck hates playing Ovidiu Ionescu, he does not always feel safe with Ovidiu's tactics. Their H2H is near 50/50 even at Falck's prime. They're now "old" players that have faced each others many times in TTBL at least, and also in the ITTF/WTT circuit.
Also maybe Sweden tried to disrupt Romania with a player Ionescu has never played against before ? or Falck was injured ?

one of the best women's match in this tournament
I won't tell the same but you know why hahaha

It was ... somehow, really predictable: Pavade has made a poor season, Jianan Yuan really slowed down her career, she does not play that much in WTT, that makes 2 years in a row that she does not play the french nationals, I guess since her husband Chen Tianyuan got the french naturalization they're both focusing more on family, specially for Fabio their son. He's now 11 or 12, entering 6th grade, pre-adulescent, all the parents here know it's important to be here for their kids at that age when their mind and body is transforming a lot.

Leana Hochart is not ready yet for the international level, the Lutz sisters have never made good results at the international level too.

Of course it is within reason - that doesn't mean it would have paid off... after all, Sweden lost to a crap team... or Romania beat a crap team... not sure what narrative it is these days...
They didn't have to worry about that. That was not the goal. The objective was to get at least 1 point (ideally 2 points) off of Kozul whether with Chirita or E. Ionescu and secure another off of Tokic with O. Ionescu. Besting Jorgic was extra credit - icing on the cake, hence 3-0.

As someone who likes to claim that ABC ordering is everything, your argument sounds like a reversal of everything you have argued about the importance of team order. It wasn't just extra credit, it was the goal. He shortened the match with the success of the result. He could have gotten your proposed goal with his usual team order.

Iulian has been completely dismantled in pieces by Felix in the Pro A finals late June. Same for Eddie in the China Smash, it was even more brutal, and in the beginning of the season at Singapore smash Simon Gauzy really crushed him too. The only one that has a chance in the 3rd match is Ovidiu Ionescu that has already won vs Gauzy. But it was when Gauzy had to face mental health issues + his right shoulder being painfull. As far as I know, neither Iulian nor Eddie have faced Alexis recently, could be a key point here who knows, but I would not make too much assumptions as Felix has certainly briefed his bro about both players.

The problem also is that romanians tactics is playing in really short number of shots, strong 3rd ball attack, but when they face problems serve/receive issues and the the rallye then gets longer, they're quite lost. And it's been the key between Germany and France: France owned Germany in the serve/receive game, specially Felix vs Franz when he won his 3 games really easily compared to the 2 more tight games won by Franz.

I've always told here that Jorgic was overrated, and it showed here, Anton has been better even with a poor season on the WTT. Plus, last time Jorgic faced a romanian, he only won 3-2. It had to happen.

always a pleasure to spectate the Euro Women players. Spin first, then placement variety. So elegant. The match between Annette vs Bernie was Chef's Kiss! So wonderful.

Much more fluid and elegant like dancing the waltz. Contrast with Asian Women, it is like they are in a hurry to go somewhere.
