    Donic Baracuda is 45 degree hardness on the ESN hardness scale. It is lower priced than most modern ESN rubber and it relatively durable. It has a very high throw and super grippy. Fits your bill to a T. Xiom Vega Europe also fits the description to a T but it is softer compared to Baracuda.
