What is Ma Long's nickname per the Chinese media, dragon or dictator ? Or did Adam Bobrow give Ma the dictator nickname ?
1) 龙队 – "Captain Long/Dragon" which as everyone knows is because his first name means dragon in Chinese
2) 全满贯 – Full Slammer which ranks above even Grand Slammers. Basically, players of this epithet is said to have won every Singles event there is out there beyond the holy trinity (WTTC, Olympics, World Cup) such as the World Tour Grand Finals, Asian/Regional Games, Chinese/Other National Games, Asian/Regional Championships etc. There is also a lesser-known 'Gold Slammer
金满贯' which is given to players who have achieved gold in all possible events (Singles, Doubles, Team) within a
single major tournament (do not have to be in the same year). For instance, LSW qualifies for this title as she has won gold for Women's Singles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Team throughout her years of WTTC participation.
3) 世乒赛“三连冠” – Literally "3x Back-to-back WTTC Gold Medallist".
4) 地表最强 – "Strongest on Planet Earth"
5) 六边形战士 – "All-Rounded Warrior" although the literal translation should read as "Hexagonally-rounded Warrior" and this term actually
comes from the Japanese media in 2016/2017. Back then, the Japanese were ranking players according to six different criteria (hence the 'hexagon') – power/strength, speed, techniques, service, defence and experience – and ML was touted to have scored 5/5 for all aspects.

I'm sure there are better vocabulary out there to translate the above though XD
