Okay so everyone we've about everything known about now regarding the chinese national team. So i thought lets all combine what we know about the chinese team workout routine and the exercises that they do in gym. It'l eventually help us all improve our physical state and game

Its great to see the TRX being used by the ultimate table tennis athletes of the World! I use to use this loads in my training at the Bristol Academy of Sport. Our fitness instructors installed the TRX's into the gym as he saw Marines training with them! They really are awesome!

Great photos there dan And i had this idea up my head for quite some time, whenever i go to the gym im confused about what exercises to do for table tennis improvement. Maybe you guys have some list or something. Videos would be a great asset to this thread
