Hi guys, I'm a rep in a region where we're trying hard to establish table tennis, mostly at the grade school level. We're in a really small town (~800 people) with a couple towns within driving distance with about the same number of people, but we had 50 kids playing this year. Long story short, we have some funds to put towards equipment and whatnot, and we just got a room that will be allocated purely to table tennis (to be used by students during break times). For practice, we just use the gym.

We want to decorate the room to make it a cool table tennis room. Does anyone have any advice? Where could we get cheap posters of pros playing, for example? Any advice is very welcome. Also, I have no issue with shameless plugs for TableTennisDaily or any other group who is willing to support us :)

Another thing is that if your players won some tropheys, you can take some nice pictures of the players holding them. You can then put those photos on a wall, so that other kids will be jealous and motivated to practice hard :) Some tournament organizers also issue colored advertisements about upcoming events. You can keep them in a special corner so that people know about them.

Hang Chinese flags everywhere and blast patriotic Chinese songs from the intercom, so the kids know who's the boss so that their aspirations of becoming world champions are forever ruined. That way the coaches don't even need to say it themselves!

Just kidding, don't do that. :p
