How can I recognise commercial q968 from provincial ? What about number of blade ? Does commercial have number on the side of handle and provincial has it on the head ?
Can u tell if this is provincial or commercial?
I wrote mail and they answer that is provincial
Only national has numbers on the handle.
I think most of your questions are answered earlier in this thread. But yeah, it’s a jungle

Yes!
Commercial q968 is simply NOT a q968, it’s a
”hurricane wang chuqin”.
Commercial ≠ 968.

Provincial q968 is a 968. It has no text or numbers on the handle, only on the blade.
National q968 has letters and numbers on the handle.

Edit:
Specifically, the commercial has some text on the handle, but it does not say 968 anywhere on the blade.

Provincial and national has ”q968” written on it somewhere, but different places.
No, the provincial does not have Q968 anywhere on it cause it’s just a better quality commercial product.
Commercial version also doesn’t have anything on the handle, only on the blade itself. What you wrote before the edit was right

Ok. I know the NATIONAL Q968 is more expensive. But can you really tell the difference in Quality ?

So I've been waffling between the Viscaria and the W968. The FH feels so amazing on the W968, but even with the FH it can be difficult to access at times during real matches. The BH can be an issue especially at lower level against slower incoming balls or in trying to kill opportunity balls. It's just tough to generate quality when the incoming ball doesn't have quality. OTOH, the Viscaria for the FH feels very difficult to control. If I really hit into the blade the way I like to, the ball has a rather flat trajectory and consistency suffer.

So now I'm thinking about a blade somewhere in between the two. It kind of sounds like the S968 may be the best compromise? Is the Q968 too close to the W968? Will the S968 lose too much of the W968's FH characteristics? I guess the only way to really find out is to try it out myself. I might try to see if I can get a S968 during my trip to China next month.
I think the JOOLA Zhou Qihao Super ARY-c 45 could be a model right in between W968 and Viscaria. Have you considered that one? Got great reviews too.

Has anyone here used Hurricane Wang Chuqin (commercial), provincial Q968 and Hurricane AcB? Is the AcB noticeably slower, right?
I haven’t tried the WCQ blades but I have tried acB and W968 Prov and acB is faster off rip but W968 has more power if you put more force into it

The DHS Hurricane King looks the same as Official national Wang Chuqin Q968 and the Provincial Q968. How can we Tell the difference if they are Hurricane KING or Q968 ?

I think the JOOLA Zhou Qihao Super ARY-c 45 could be a model right in between W968 and Viscaria. Have you considered that one? Got great reviews too.

I've since tried out the FZD ALC and the Q968. I'm gonna give the FZD ALC a couple months (1 month in thus far) and then probably the Q968 a couple months to compare. Right now I just have some temporary rubbers on the Q968 and I try it out here and there, but I'm using the FZD ALC as my primary. The FZD is considerably more flexible than my Q-series Viscaria, and I like it a lot more. I actually like the Q968 quite a bit even though I have the wrong rubbers on it making it too heavy and more difficult to use. I think those two blades are what I'm looking for, and I'll be picking between those 2.

For my style and preferences, I'm leaning toward eventually going with the Q968. It still has a sweet catapult when hit hard on the FH side, just not as much as the W968. I don't really care that much about the decrease in quality, I just really like the feel of it, how you really hit into the blade and it just slings the ball forward and even though you're doing a very hitting stroke it still creates a beautiful arc as if you were brushing more. Like the W968, it's much more fault-tolerant than the Vis/FZD in more brushing strokes. You really feel like you're holding onto the ball and spinning it up. Compared to the W968, the BH is a lot more crisp. However, like the W968 it's still very hard to get a cracking feel on the BH side. I do really like how easily it is to do a satisfying kill shot with the FZD.

IDK, as I continue to improve my BH and work it more and more into my game, maybe my preferences will change and I'll have a hard time letting go of the FZD's BH? Right now I'm still a more FH oriented player and prefer the massive FH a bit more.

Yes, mine is a national Q968 from ProTT. I also have a player edition W968 from ProTT that is in my view the best balanced 968 of the three i have (by far)
I've read the whole articles about W968 and you've convinced me to order the W968 National Player version from Prott.vip. I can't wait for the order, so far I was using Ovtcharov ALC with both Dignics 09C, and now the W968 with both 09C, the shipping shows 40-60 DAYS! I hope it will be sooner than that... I can't wait lol

thanks, what shipping did you choose? I have there international 40-60 days but I hope it will be much sooner, guy from prott says 2-4 weeks.

To the blade, I read somewhere, that it needs special care while changing rubbers? because the wood can peel off or something?

I chose EMS and it took 2 weeks to UK (He did dispatch it quickly for me)

I put a light layer of sealer on mine and have not had any issues with splintering.
