I'll split this into short, mid and long-term
Short-term: It's basically everything that I want to happen in this month. I'm currently working on my footwork, trying to introduce more tension and awareness into my game with several multiball drills such as Falkenberg or 3-Point FH. In essence I would love to play and move as if I'm on cocaine without the cocaine part.
Mid-term: I was on a break in 2013 and 2014, haven't held a racket in those two years at all. Since Jan 2016 I've picked up the slack and started to seriously think about a schedule and a more adamant approach to my training sessions, with the ultimate goal of catching up on the two years I missed by the end of 2016. I try to stay optimistic, but ultimately I feel like I'm reaching for stars here. I'm overall a really training-dependant guy and notice how much my game suffers almost instantly as soon as I don't practise for two or three weeks, so you can imagine what two years did to me. However I started noticing that the general touch and feeling is coming back, so we're on the path of recovery
Long-term: The long-term goal is the true fantasy of a lunatic, but I'll keep working towards it and see where it takes me in 5 years time. I'd like to end up on a skill-level around the german Regionalliga (TTR ~2150-2200). I would say that I am quite self aware, yet I don't want to sound arrogant when saying that I think I do have the potential (read: talented, gifted) to play on a way above average level, however until this year the dedication and proper training just wasn't there. In the past 6 months I realised how much of a difference it makes if you practise 5 times a week instead of just twice, and every single ball you play has a purpose and is a stepping stone towards your goal, rather than just hitting the club and playing a game or two. The former is the kind of time investment and mindset that one should bring when you're aiming skyhigh. Train exceptionally if you wanna be exceptional

1. Bundesliga (TTBL) > 2. Bundesliga > 3. Bundesliga > Regionalliga > Others
