I remember the English Open in 1998 was held in some way-out place in Kent or Essex, miles away from any decent public transport.

Well it looks like we'll never know - there are clearly no Hungarians on TTD. One thing is for sure, though, their marketing guys produced an epic and embarrassing failure. I wonder if the ITTF are even bothered?
