So to make a long story short I thought I ordered the rubber my friend is playing with which I thought was Tibhar Hybrid K3. I played with it and liked it so much I went and ordered it.
Still has not arrived.
However today I borrowed his racket again and took a look at the name of the rubber. Somehow last time I missed it and didnt see it was a Hybrid K1 instead of K3. Duh.
So... I tried looking at reviews of whats the difference and there is no comparisons off course.
My question is this:
I tried the K1. Like it very much. What can I expect from the K3? whats the difference?
Anyone tried both who can share some insights?
thank you.

Pingsunday made an article about them. This guy is a bit of an asshat, but he does show pictures of the rubbers from up close, sponge, pimples and topsheet, also the specs of the rubbers.

Just don't take what he SAYS to heart, half of the shit he says are plain lies or just wrong.

Hello guys, Im New here but not New regarding the rubbers. Unless it is about Hybrid K1 EU version. Didnt want to open new thread.

I tried it today and I feel I bought dead rubber. It has grip but bounce is none existent. After I drop the ball on blade it Will not bounce 2 Times.

Any opinion about this? I used glue based on water.

Maybe bad gluing. It could have an air pocket and lifting, the glue just not sticking, it happens. Maybe it's just that you're not used to hard hybrids, it could be a bunch of things. The k3 for example seems pretty bouncy to me for a hybrid rubber.

Hybrid K1 EU version is just a trashy rubber. Not good at anything. It has nothing to do with your glue. it is just a trashy rubber. I took mine off after hitting it for 2 minutes. The only other rubber I did that with is Rakza X on my forehand side: too slow and too high of an arc. Those two rubbers are the only ones I have trashed after playing for a couple minutes.

Really… I used to like Rakza X. You too slow and then You say you like H3 ???
Hmm that sounds backwards to me…

Cheers

Hey guys, back again. So as you can see I have also 9ply Wood and maybe it is because of it?
Need to note while holding in hand ball on K1 Hybrid bounces even less than while put on solid surface.
Yeah thats what a rubber with sticky surface will do
