Well I played a couple weeks with Moon 12 and it's perfectly good unboosted.

I started boosting it today to see how it responds to booster, along with a sheet of 41d Jupiter 3 as well. If it has a strong reaction to booster like Aurora Max, then it would make the rubber even more of a home run.

Hi all! I also received my Moon 12. This is what it looks like. The weight of uncut rubber is 67 grams, the weight of rubber glued onto a blade with dimensions of 152x159 mm is 47 grams. I can’t say anything about the playing characteristics yet, since I haven’t played with this rubber yet.

Yesterday I tried to play Moon 12 on a blade with a soft top layer of Sipo wood, an outer carbon mesh, the blade frequency is 1395 Hz, but the blade is light - 81 grams, so this rather high frequency does not reflect the speed in the game, this blade is far from fast. On the forehand, the Big Dipper 38 strengthened a week ago. The whole set turned out to be very light - 181 grams, so there was no power I needed.
Moon 12 seemed to me to be the king of the block; with this rubber you can expose your opponent’s topspins for an infinitely long time and watch his efforts with a smile 😃 This is a plus. It is also possible to perform chiquita and topspin; when moving quickly, the ball accelerates considerably. The disadvantages are the lack of a grip, which many players love, and the overall speed in the game is below average. I think the Moon 12 will be more fun to play on a faster blade. Stage 2 will change the blade, and stage 3 will definitely be a booster 😁, where would I be without it.

it's super in blocking. I feel very confident with BH blocking now compare to the past, but indeed this rubber works best with a hard, fast blade. The lack in grip makes the blocking better, also makes the topspin with your wrist more controllable. It lasts long too, I'm 2 months in and the rubber barely shows signs of wearing

Agree, on my blade (inner ALC structure) my BH is landing a bit short unless I put some effort into it. Which would be great for someone with more aggressive BH. I may try H- version in the future (currently using M+).

A lot of people say the speed is mid-range, but i find that my Moon 12 speed is very high. Its my fastest rubber I think. This is probably my best bh punching rubber.

Maybe because i have the H-.
H- and H+ came out after the M- and M+ versions. A lot of Chinese customers thought Moon 12 was quite soft even for a BH rubber. So maybe something was tweaked for the Hs in addition to the sponge hardness. My M+ plays softer than my finger test; the ball sinks into it very easily.

yes? So that means the spin must be pretty good, right? Because for my H-, I have the opposite condition, the sponge is hard and the sponge doesn't sink it easily at all. So the rubber its very fast, but it doesn't seem to grab the ball like G1 does.

But I'm used to it now by adding booster, using it on my softest blade the F3 pro, and getting used to the feel.

For a non-tacky rubber that is relatively insensitive to incoming spin, I am very satisfied with the amount of spin I can generate with Moon 12.

I am now very interested in the H-. Sounds like M+ and H- are very different.
