Table 1 and 2 were on the ITTF live stream.
Table 1 streamed Ma Long vs Oh Sang Eun. As ever, World no.1 Ma Long eased past Oh by 4 games to 0 with scores: 11-7,11-9,11-6,11-7
On table 2 had an epic match up! Chaung Chih Yuan defeated Japan's Jun Mizutani by 4 games to 3 with scores: 4-11,11-6,11-8,13-15,11-8,4-11,11-8
in the third match, England's Paul Drinkhall had the biggest test of his life. He faced Chinas Wang Hao. Paul won the first set 11-7 however he could not maintain his performance. Wang Hao pushed forward and won the next four sets 11-6,11-9,11-9,11-1. If Paul could have won the 3rd or 4th game things could have looked a lot different.
In the fourth match of the first lot of the matches in the quarter final stages saw Xu Xin destroy Korea's Joo Se Hyuk by 4 games to 0 with scores: 11-1, 11-8, 11-8, 11-5. Be sure to join us in the next lot of matches this evening!
