you will need a camera, memory card and a tripod

USD100 is impossible.

If you have a smart phone (with good camera), or any digital camera.
I suggest you make a DIY tripod or buy one and film from there. and save up for a decent video camera later on.

Great suggestions made here. I would opt the smart phone route to. I use my smart phone whenever trying to correct a players technique, this is also helpful as you can playback in real time at the training.

I think it all depends how much you want to record and what you want to do with it. If you want to record your matches at a tournament I would suggest buying a handy cam as battery life and video files are produced a lot easier on these rather than digital compact cameras.

Surf around Amazon, i'm sure you could pick up a good deal, Or ebay :)
