I will be doing an interview with Drinkhall soon guys so if you have any questions re the T2 APAC league let me know and ill include them :)

What would he propose or change, if he could, to make the game more exciting for spectators.

T2APAC seems like an interesting experiment but the time limit has drawbacks, it will sound crazy but lowering the amount of points needed seems to be a good option

for example first one to reach 8 point wins (no deuce 2 point rule), this way players will be forced to give everything they got in every point and more surprises will occur. T2apac and the new chinese super league system (2-2 and last set up to 7 points) seem to have more excitement for viewerss

p.s. soz for the long question dan, maybe just ask him the last sentence in bold only

I have a question!
or two :p

First - Did Drinkhall watch online videos? What does he think about the camera angle, we were hoping for this new format we would finally get some better camera angle, from table level and forehand side, where we can see better how high the ball flies..
Second - Would Drinkhall be into mixed matches? Meaning - where men would be allowed to play against women ? Many spectators would love to see female players challenge the male ones ;) If that allowed - who would Drinkhall wish to play against?

What are the rules of the T2 tournament? The one which is I suppose now played. Why is the time being counted? I really love to watch the matches on the tables without the separating line. The filming is probably little different too. Is it a club competition?

If you brows T2apac, you will find the official homepage of the league, where the rules are listed. Together with lots of other information like schedule, pictures etc.

i was there in spectator area for 2nd week T2 APAC league match. Before going to the studio, i don't really understand how the scoring works, then i slowly begin to understand the scoring system of league. It is really good opportunity for fans who go to this event, you can watch your favourite world class players playing really close to the spectator area. After the match finished, spectator had opportunity to meet and take photos with their favourite players. I managed to take many photos together with them, especially boll timo and samsonov. They really friendly, even we managed to ask about their equipments they used. Boll timo used Tenergy 05 with 52" degree of sponge!!!!! it superb hard for average player like me.

Who's the best lucky earner of all the players here? It is easy to tell from the "Points Won" column, considering every point worth USD 50.

For now, Chen Chien-An stands the first with 245 points won, and Tomokazu Harimoto is next to the best with 244 points gained, which earned over USD 12,000 for him. I'm really glad for the boy ...

From where did you get the 50 USD per point?

By the way there is a mistake on the T2 APAC front page, Leaderboard statistics for Harimoto and Karlsson seem to be interchanged.
