Haha good lad! I remember,, i use to be like im quitting when at super league on a bad night,,, but would always be at training thursday morning haha

Back is no good atm, i saw the specialist and he said there is nothing he can do as the scans don't show any reason to operate. So i have been refered to a muscle specialist who takes blood samples of the muscle and stuff and just waiting for that ..

Im down in Bristol on the 15th, 16th, 17th
