what's #1 robot drill to break 1500 US rating?
Wow that's the most...interesting correlation question. 2 forehands, 2 backhands. But with absolutely correct grip, technique, timing, weight transfer. So pretty much the robot drill will not break 1500, you will.

Looping backspins. Below 1500 it's a lot of pushing, if you can get a high quality opening loop whenever the ball comes long, most won't be able to return it and you'll break 1500. You'll need to be able to re-loop to go higher. By high quality, I mean placing the ball on either corners or the middle at will, can vary between very high spin and very high speed, be able to do it against back and backside spins, and able to do all that against long, short, fast, or slow balls and preferably all with your FH.

Serve receive. A robot won't help you to read spin and trajectory from a real serve, but it can help with timing and making good contact against various spins and placements which are just as likely to be issues at the 1500 level. If you want your competition level to improve, it's almost always the case that working on serve and serve receive will give you the most bang for your buck.
