Not joking . I’m a Bernie fan. She’s really extraordinary . She may not be the quickest player but her ball quality is awesome especially on BH side and her service/ receive is top notch. She’s a huge fighter and mentally strong.

The last time she played Hayata was the first time I visibly saw her give up. To come back from that to this where she out played Hayata for 3 and a half games but forgot it was a good idea to call a timeout when the opponent was down and trying to make a come back was amazing to see. And she had her chances in game 5 as well, max credit to Hayata for making that first win a battle to the end for Szocs which Szocs could not win.

Let's see the semis first, I'm sure Felix will bring something different.
He must consistently surprise Ma Long in the first 3 balls, and must use the parallel balls to the forehand that Harimoto has used to great effect against Ma Long. Whether that'll be enough to win 3 sets is unknown, but it promises to be a great match regardless.

LYJ has had problems against WCQ in their last couple of matches despite his initial successes, we'll see how he navigates the tricky lefty to lefty rallies. Whoever dates to bring something new wins. I've noticed in the tiresome right Vs right matches, those that have brought something new in the last couple of years like TH, AL, FL have had big successes. BH Vs BH all day doesn't fully cut it anymore.

If ML meets WCQ in the final, he has to win one of the first two sets. Last time he equalised from 0-2 down to 2-2, but WCQ was able to stop the comeback train there. In the WTTC he was on the verge of winning the first set, but he lost it, and things went awry from there.

Just odd they release highlight for every other match including Harimoto vs LJY and WCQ vs Lim Jonghoon but somehow miss out on the QFs for FL vs LSS and ML vs Dima, but releases the full match videos of those matches on their own youtube channel.

Ma Long is not so young anymore and 7 sets can play a cruel joke on him. The real question is whether Ma Long can dodge long rallies. If he breaks the pace and completes plays on 3, maximum 5 balls, then he will win.
