If you are genuinely asking I am happy to discuss via PM.
yes I am, sure

from what i see CNT has stricter "public view"
from internal, shouting is still the same.

with the pressure going on, it is understandable, but not an excuse (I don't agree with such methods).

in the youth level, it happens way more often

I just watch the live streams like evryone does here, specially during the time outs and the water breaks, in any culture, be it western or eastern culture, when someone screams at your face like this, it's disrespectfull.

Just by this behavior alone, this coach should be fired or at least, demoted. Actually he is not alone in Chinese coaching staff. LGL and QZJ all very rough to the players when things are not going well. Maybe that's one of not so glorious parts of the TT culture. Yeah, think about it, most Chinese coaches came from former players and likely the recipients of such treatments. Another way of saying, the abuser came from the abused.

It's as big a deal as becoming n°1.

Please stop splitting hairs. It reminds me of Thiem aftermath, period, you have no ground to tell me how I feel about someone.
I am not telling you how to feel about someone, I am saying that by traditional accounts of what counts as TT achievement in China, WCQ has not achieved anything, and that his coming down from a high is not the same as having won a grand slam title and then losing after because of debilitating wrist injury that forces you into retirement. Some people will tell you that Xu Xin never achieved anything in singles in China, and that is not because they don't like Xu Xin or because he isn't a great player.

Whether the analogy works or not is up to everyone to decide. Everyone has highs and lows, but Thiem had to retire from TT with wrist injury, now he is being compared to a healthy (AFAIK) WCQ.

after that 19-0
people were asking is WCQ really healthy

I even posted on TTD and reddit if WCQ is fit for the next leadership role
and wow, i was hammered for being anti CNT

I knew time will tell what I meant.
I never believed in WCQ, especially saw how LGY struggled (even though there was a 5 to 6 year patch where he looked like healed).

My friends at DHS all hope/feel WCQ is going to be the champion, as Ma Long made them tons of money in W968
and they strategy (eggs) is all on WCQ.

and to be technical, you remove that hidden serves, will he still be that good?

You did not even read my first post. I told that, even if the circumstances were different (winning big for one, losing big for the other), I found the aftermath similar.

Narrowly? She was hammered!!!
The narrow is based on the view that she was 17th in the WTT tour in-year rankings, and she needed points to get to 16. Not on the match itself, where you rightly describe her as being "hammered".

Szocs narrowly misses out on WTT Finals with the R16 exit, unfortunate but a deserved win for CXT today
Feels a little strange that Jeon Jihee who has had nothing but first round exits recently qualifies over Szocs, but I guess Jeon's victory over Ito this year warrants it.

Szocs can still go if Hayata skips the event to recover, which she should IMO. On the off chance that Chen Meng doesn't play as well, then Yuan Jia Nan will get to go, too. Chen Meng x WMY is currently the No.1 ranked pair though.

True, it's not guaranteed yet everyone will be there, so first on the wait list has value too. Main difference for Jeon is her contender win. Not sure how far along Hayata is with recovering. Chen Meng should be there though, wasn't it a planned break until WTT Finals for the Olympic champs, that's what i heard at least.

lol, just saw this now
ert messed up with the video
its not even Duda in there (i didn't watch, just browse through).

I think I can add something about Chinese coaching corner versus the rest of the world (since I engaged in both west and east)

Chinese coach loves to speak non stop
Other coach would love to have more discussions, it can also become a dialogue of back and worth
Chinese players normally keep quiet and just listen and the coach goes fully for that 1 min.

Chinese talk fast, some of them talk loud, so it may sound like screaming, but the this video to me is just normal
the screaming i'm talking about is really screaming and there is no more talking sense. Its more insult screaming. most of the time degrading too, ie like Why are you so useless? are you blind? your forgot to wake up today?

LGL himself was famous for using degrading terms, but when the players win, he is the "hero"

LYJ is just in a bad shape
bigger chance CIC win than LYJ imo.

I think CIC has a decent chance against HZJ but I still put it at less than 50%
CIC is in better shape/mind, so her ratio imo is higher than LYJ over DQ
LYJ needs a long holiday
and now he has waldner cup... good money
when that is done, then star contender from 1st week Jan
Singapore smash is early next year too at end Jan

I think LYJ has better chance than CIC. That's my honest opinion.
