I am a beginner player who wants to practice basic skill and I found this rubber "Stiga magna". The price of it is good for me but I would like to know more about it.
Is it good for practicing basic skills like backhand basic or backhand topspin?
Thank you for your information :)

Go with either of the below TOP 5 rubbers, it is in an order based on playing characteristics and personal preference. P.S. I have included 1 rubber which from old generation, rest all are new:

1 - Vega Intro
2 - TSP Ventus Basic (old gen)
3 - Yasaka Rigan
4 - Nittaku Radice (med soft)/Ruuking (soft)
5 - Rozena

I would advise against buying it for the simple fact that Stiga themselves neither offer the Magma or its updated variants TX/TS on their website anymore. It seems to me these have been discontinued for some time so you might end up not only buying an old style, but also old rubber.

If Stiga is your brand of choice and a classical rubber what you aim for try Mendo.

Stiga have now also introduced the DNA Future M for beginners.

But the Vega Intro that was already recommended is pretty much unbeatable in price and has found many friends in a relatively short time.
