This could be DHK's last one as well as WCT/DHK said they weren't certain about the future of the pair after the XD event.

They can but it doesn't change anything and it ruins the team dynamics. It will be interesting to see whether they can develop another good doubles combination to free her up because Shin is also their best doubles player.

Maybe they can combine with North Korea again to form a better Unified Korea team this time. Shin + Kim Kum Yong + Pyon Song Gyong will be formidable and even capable of challenging Japan.
