Every time he served to Felix's BH, he got back rocket speed backhand spins.
And at 10-8 lead, he kept serving on his backhand!!!! I can't understand how a player oh his level couldn't see that simple thing...

It's amazing how physically gifted this dude is. And I think that's one of his downfalls. He thinks he can get to every ball and hit it with full power. Probably true but he tries some crazy low percentage stuff sometimes.

Togami played Alexis Lebrun in July I believe (or late June) and missed all those lobs. So clearly he did his homework. Which means there may be hope for him.

I don't think the issue is the low percentage stuff as much as the speed making the opponent have to do less to put him under pressure. If he could use variation to sometimes slow down the game and throw off the timing of the opponent, better things would happen.
