thanks for your prompt reply, Tony. I totally agree with the first point, but I dun quite understand why it helps in body weight transfer. One can figure out that without stamping will get faster of body weight transfer, which helps quickly return to the ready position, no?

I said stamping of feet (making noise) does not means there is a succesful body weight transfer.
It is possible for both, but us amateur players must not assume that stamping the feet is doing body weight transfer.
