I have a palio chop 1, yinhe mars 2 and yinhe neptune.

Mars is slow blocking type rubber, kinda boring but easy.
Neptune is a slower and grippier 955, and better for defense.

Regarding the blade, it's supposed to be a diode v clone, can't tell you if it's close or not because I haven't played it. But it's a stiff blade with good control and not lacking in offensive capabilities, high quality and never had issues with splinters, or any inconsistencies.

Having that said, it's slow as balls with the neptune or 955, either get the neptune at ox and glue a 1.5mm German arc type sponge or 1mm japanese sponge.

Or just avoid the hustle and get a proper good lp rubber, the dhs cloud and fog 3, it's better for the blade too. Get it at 1mm, no need for more, it's faster than jupiter.

For the forehand any battle 2 or 3, hurricane 3, jupiter 3 is fine. Hurricane 3 is decent for chopping.

Another option for a blade is the sanwei chopper alpha. Faster blade, heavier and closer to jsh. It's a bit better in my opinion, but it is a hit more expensive. Palio is 20, this is 30.
