Most of them are inner alc compositions: Limba - ayous - alc / tmx - ayous
There is only one exception I know of outer with bigger headsize: Xiom Cho daesong pro, which is Koto - tmx - ayous- kiri

I tried, their blade just doesn't play as good as professionally made. I am at a level where playing characteristic really matters. A lot of special hand made blade doesn't go linearly. It's either too much underlying power, no hold, or no power etc... Most handmade blade just slap the wood/carbon and glue it together. However, professionally made blades have thousands hours of research to get a specific feel for the specific blade. I've poured $1000+ on handmade blade, none play good.

Lol, do you really believe that?
There is no rocket science about building blades but its mostly trial and error.

I am sure there are many handmade blades out there with better quality and same capabilities like them industrial mass productions.

I sold all my butterfly blades^^

Tibhar Stratus Power Wood. I don't know the exact measurements but I just know that I like to test new rubbers on that blade. Once I get a feel, I transfer to my other carbon blades and there is also extra rubber to cut off once I do the transfer. Not a single time the rubber cut out is too small.

My level is rubbish, but why do you want to know?
Do you ask a Porsche engeneer how fast he can go arround the nordschleife with one of his cars?
because one needs to be at a certain level to understand the blade needs to behave "logically". Almost all of the custom blade i bought behave illogically. Yea, it's trial and error but professional company spends hours trial and error, they have a specific treating/gluing process so the blades on the market plays logically. I don't know how to explain.

It's like regardless of the brand, BTY, DHS, YINhe etc.... I can make my own shots and even if I miss the margin is very small and I can adjust. Those custom blade out there, i use the same stroke and i miss way off which makes 0 sense.

You got a lot of blades built by SDC/hipnotic. You didn't like them?

I think you might just dont like the particular handmade blades you got.
This can as well happen buying industrial blades.
There is good chance to get 2 complete different blades if you buy for example 2 viscarias (happened to me).
Id even say the differences are less prominent buying custom blades as the builders canbselect the veneers from the same tree...

That's why go to local store and choose the one you like it's better buy online.

It is not the same. Viscera will play like viscera; a timoboll alc will play like timoboll alc. I can blind test 10 viscera and 10 boll alc and I will be able to tell which blade is a boll alc and which is a viscera. Their gluing and wood treating process is different. That said both viscera/boll alc or whatever blade you but from professional brand is logical. Custom made blade does not behave logically, they lack the 1000+ hours R&D and trial and error.
