Wow, i don't think Ovtcharov was right there, i think it was very unsporting of him.
He was complaining that Gionis played both with his racket and his shirt i think, but isn't it umpire's business. He should have finished the rally and then complained afterwards, not stopping in the middle of the point.

but if the umpire didn't see it, why Ovtcharov got that point? and kept complaining until one point was given to Gionis?

You have to complain about this immediately.It is the same with touching or moving the table hidden serve and so on. Once the point is played you have low chances to argument because the situation changes really fast. From the camera angle we can t see because Gionis hit the ball behind his body.
