Yuan carrying this French team currently. If it goes to 5 will it be Lutz vs Paranang?

It will be Lutz vs Jinipa Sawettabut.

Jinnipa has improved a lot, but Lutz is very capable. It should go five to be fair, and it will be a good stage for the C players on both teams.

I see a lot of similarities between Truls and Mima Ito; he stays close to the table, plays very offensive, will pivot to his forehand, as soon he gets the chance, uses his backhand more for punching instead of spinier returns and for the same reasons, he will not be a major threat to CNT, because, China has already found how to counter this type of playstyle; not backing off, long archy, spinnier loops to backhand to stop the punching and going parallel to punish the forehand pivot.
Thankfully, he beat Wang Chuqin before they realized the truth of your analysis.

well, WCQ sure didn't follow the play book for this kind of playing style.
it could be a Truls problem or WCQ problem, or could be both.

PS. Truls probably has better results than a male version of Ito, especially his style works for him in Europe.
IMO, he plays pretty clever and have great control
He plays with inverted on the backhand - he can continue to evolve to play all strokes and distances if he wants to, while Mima because of her pips and height is limited to close to the table play. Acting like the way a player plays today is the only way he will play forever is contrary to just about everything we know about TT history and hard working players. If Ito wasn't limited by her equipment and possibly was more physically stronger, people would place less of a ceiling on her.

Seems like a winnable game for Jinnipa skills wise but she doesn't seem to have found her confidence on international stage. I remember her playing Kihara very close to 5th game recently. Looking at her results she also did well against Zeng Jian in a loss.

She did beat someone really good, not just a close game, in qualifying somewhere which is where I remember her improvement. But in TT, winning in your own singles isn't everything, and different players can perform somewhat better/worse under different competition conditions like teams/leagues. And unless Lutz just plays lights out, Jinnipa has shown enough that this should not be a blowout, which I would not have said two years ago between the exact same players as regardless of ranking, Lutz has always been a top French prospect along with her older sister.

I think it was the Bangkok event recently where she beat a Murkherjee? Forget which one but all of the Thai women played well at home.

Yes, she's beaten Mukherjee in Bangkok. Also, she's beaten Yuan Wan and Natalie Bajor in Zagreb.

Jinnipa could not close 2nd game. We've got ourself a match tied 1-1.
can't remember who, but the Thai girls also give TPE a hard time this year
can't underestimate them for sure

2-2 for India and Romania now. Will come down to whether Manika can perform against a more traditional European player. Similar matchup happened for the 2020 Olympic qualifiers where Batra beat Szocs only to get trampled by Dodean in the decider, costing India their Olympic team spot. Now they're fighting for a quarterfinal spot and potential easy path to semifinals.

Ayhika Mukherjee: Should have picked me to play against Szocs
Nah, India picked the best team, they used Archana Girish to make their doubles team solid with strong inverted forehands while she isn't a slouch in double inverted singles either - Ayhika only makes sense if Surtitha was the India number 2. India looks like they have a good path to SF especially if US upsets Germany, though XSN knows how to play pips so she might throw a spanner in the works if she brings her best game. If the USA wins, India can be penciled into SF I think the US girls have never convinced me they are comfortable against the kind of pips play the Indians bring.
