Agree on the backhand btw. Many of the South-Eastern Europeans can/could attack or loop very confidently on both sides, must be a strong point in their coaching. Kreanga, Tokic, Karakasevic, Jonyer. Primorac was more forehand dominant but still had a great backhand touch.

Thanks I really appreciate it! Tokic has also been one of my favorites to watch in the past year with his strong backhand opens. And dare I say I think Kara is almost Waldner-like in the way he aims his backhands. Thanks for the German tip too...I'm trying to figure out all these foreign pronunciations and that helps.

However I think Mattenet is back and better than ever since his performance at the World Cup! His backhand is stronger than a lot of players forehands!

Ahhh I wish Mattenet did better, he was incredible in the last World Cup! Too bad...I really hope he steps his game up in the next few months. I love his backhand too, he just needs to work on that forehand more. You've already got the hard part down Adrien...
