And interestingly enough that dhs tt shop I believe is the same one I was in 7 years ago! Before we even met in Bristol! Crazy.

Question - do you see any guards or security around?
I mean - does there anyone cares if only players enter the place?
Would they notice if I walk in?

I am sorry I did not manage to get any pictures of Liu Shiwen, she was on the other side of the hall at the time. Good question, yeah there was security. The whole village area with the National Training Centre has guards on the entry, you need to have a pass to access. Haha you could ask Ma Long if you could join him for a hit

I have to ask the question dan , what did you buy from the table tennis shop ?

Will you be returning with overweight baggage?

I will actually post shortly what I bought. My baggage is heavy, just scrapped through security checks. All my camera equipments take up so much room and weight.

What are they doing with them?

When they are cracked they are thrown to the side over the barrier. But I didn't actually see to many cracked surprisingly, considering how hard they hit the ball!

Obviously excellent form, and it is something I will watch again. It's incredible how he seems to put so little speed into his arm but the ball goes so quickly. But what I am really wondering is where you can get the thing that the man in the background was using to pick up the balls (0:45-0:55)? That seems like a big time saver!

Those ball pick up things are amazing. I had a go with one, it's like a huge scoop which can move a whole section of balls at once

It was an incredible experience visiting STIGA China in Beijing. It really was a once in a life time trip, I am so fortunate of STIGA to invite me. We visited table tennis shops in Beijing, Beijing High School, Beijing Amateur Club, Beijing Province Team and Chinese National Team training centre. I cannot wait to relive all the moments from the upcoming episodes from the documentary. It will be incredible! Thanks to everyone for all the support!

About the equipment, I'm not sure. Last time I saw him, he used a Viscaria but it was 2 or 3 years ago.

No, I think you were right. I think it's Lin Gaoyuan indeed. It's just that you wrote Liu Gaoyang (who is the girl from CNT) but this boy is Lin Gaoyuan from men CNT (if I'm not mistaken). They just almost have the same name.

Good spot! That is interesting, maybe he was testing a new rubber? Or Jap rubber?

He doesn't usually use red on his forehand:

I was thinking maybe they force some players to play european rubbers in order for the others to get used to playing against them.
otherwise they would be playing against tacky rubbers all day, then they go to a tournament, face a tenergy and can't get used to it.

I dont think so.it might be a new rubber that is in testing,or he just was twiddling for the serve

Good question @razzzz It is surprisingly difficult to answer as so much happened and I learned and did so much! I think the best moment has to be when I took on the 12 year in the Beijing club. I had all the Beijing province team watching the match and it was really good fun to play against such a high level 12 year old. I actually enjoyed every moment in the whole trip, we had a great laugh doing many different things when making the documentary. The STIGA guys Felix and Robin are really cool and we was always enjoying what we was doing. Me and Felix took on local players in the Beijing Local Club and that was real good fun to.

I think also another best moment was watching Fan Zhendong in the training centre. It is phenomenal how fast and powerful he is!
