dang zhang jike lost to Wang liqin 3-1? interesting. On the one hand they both are power players, and ZJK in the past seemed to have more trouble playing against WLQ than some of his other Chinese compatriots, but WLQ hasn't really been playing that much international play recently, so you would think his form isn't top notch. But I guess the same can be said for ZJK. Since winning the olympics he has probably taken some time to relax a bit, and its hard to find motivation at times when you already have won all the majors. Plus, table tennis one of those sports that so close at the top level, that often its more about peaking at the right time due to your training, and the second you go lax on your training your skills diminish a good bit
