I don't think his passion is asking for forgiveness. See, for some people this "obnoxious" shouting is apparently the crux, but exactly those are the kind of people who serve as fuel for the fire on the amateur level. Aslong as there are people who have an issue with cho-ing and being loud, others will do it. Any psychological advantage will be taken, sometimes even more relentless than on the professional level (lack of professionalism).
Obviously there is always a point where signs of motivation quickly turn into ridiculous behaviour - I dont look up to people who abuse their own lungs at 0:0 due to a faulty serve of their opponent. Right time and place for everything and as with many things, quality over quantity Liang Jingkun handled himself (and XX) well in the game imo.
