Actually the calculation had been recealed, as you can see on this site:

I would like to briefly translate some points.
The CTTSL individual score has two parts: Strength score (S) and Balanced score (B).
S is used for calculation after games. A player is regarded as 'stronger' if he or she has a higher S. After a game one's S increases for winning or decreases for losing. The score change depends on whether one is stronger, and S difference between the two.
Details of S change is listed as following.
S difference | Stronger wins | Weaker wins | Stronger loses | Weaker loses |
>=751 | +0 | +40 | -20 | -0 |
[501,751) | +1 | +36 | -18 | -0.5 |
[401,501) | +2 | +32 | -16 | -1 |
[301,401) | +3 | +28 | -14 | -1.5 |
[201,301) | +4 | +24 | -12 | -2 |
[151,201) | +5 | +20 | -10 | -2.5 |
[101,151) | +6 | +16 | -8 | -3 |
[51,101) | +7 | +14 | -7 | -3.5 |
[26,51) | +8 | +12 | -6 | -4 |
[1,26) | +9 | +11 | -5.5 | -4.5 |
[0, 1) | +10 | +10 | -5 | -5 |
In doubles, the S for a pair is avarage of both. Calculation is similar, but each player gains or loses only 1/4 of S as listed above.
B is used for ranking, taking ones attandence rate into account. B=S×P(a), where a is attendence rate Mp/Mt, which is total number of matches one have played Mp divided by current total number of rounds Mt. The dependence of P in terms of a is:
range of a | P(a) |
0.8<a<=1.0 | 0.25*a+0.75 |
0.5<a<=0.8 | 0.50*a+0.55 |
0.3<a<=0.5 | 2.00*a- 0.20 |
0.1<a<=0.3 | 0.50*a+0.25 |
0<=a<=0.1 | 3.00*a |
Another important point is that initial S is not equal for evergyone. There are Top class, First class and Second class players, whose S's are 200, 130 and 80 respectively. In CTTSL2018, top class players include Fan Zhendong, Ma Long, Xu Xin, Lin Gaoyuan, Liang Jingkun for males and Zhu Yuling, Liu Shiwen, Ding Ning, Chen Meng, Wang Manyu for females. One's overall perfomance this year determines whether he or she will stay, go up or go down next year.
