Today on the 13th October the Men's Singles final took place at the 2013 LIEBHERR European Championships in the Werner Schlager Academy, Vienna! The Men's Singles final, saw Germany's Dimitrij Ovctcharov take on Belarus's Vladimir Samsonov.
On route to the final Dimitrij Ovtcharov defeated Constantin Cioti, Carlos Machado, Pavel Platonov, Quentin Robinot and Bastian Steger. Elsewhere Vladimir Samsonov defeated Joao Gerado, Emmanuel Lebesson, Ruiwu Tan, Stefan Fegerl and Panagiotis Gionis.
Dimitrij Ovtcharov, the 2013 Men's Team European Champion from Germany played superb throughout the tournament defeating Vladimir Samsonov in 4 straight (11-4, 11-7, 12-10, 11-8).
