Joola customer support - Joola Dynaryz ZGX

I think it's a Chinese market only product? Only a few bilibili unloaders have been talking about it. Kinda like the Yasaka Atletico, which I can only find on Taobao and other Chinese sellers on aliexpress. It's a bit strange but it doesn't cost too much so I bought one. Maybe you can talk to someone from the Chinese branch of Joola and confirm it?

I checked with JOOLA China this morning and Joola Xiamen (an authorized dealer) have been printing on the side of the blade. It seems there is actually no difference from the regular Tezzo Warrior blade. It seems like they just went off on a tangent and did this by themselves, it's actually not authorized. The entity is on the dealer level so they actually aren't permitted to do stuff like this. We will be following up on it, so thanks for helping make me aware.

Yes they do, about x3 the price of a regular one. Chinese market price for a regular one is about $42 US, so it's actually not that much different compared to a regular one sold in the states.

no, about 1000rmb. Most sellers sell Warrior around 350rmb on TaoBao, at least that’s what I found. Actually I take that back, there are multiple blades under the same listing, Warrior is about 600-650rmb, so about 1.5x

Of all the blades in the world, why would they just select the Warrior to do this scam on?

I am terribly sorry to hijack this thread for my own purposes, but...

I see JOOLA has sadly discontinued the Toni Hold series, White spot in particular. Have you created something to fill the nichè? I really really like it and have never experienced anything quite like it. My last white spot is starting to enter the stage of disintegration.

It was/is the perfect platform to mix super high performance rubbers with, such as dynaryz ZGR and long pimples disruptive play. Never had so many RPM's in my balls..

If you haven't created a replacement, please consider and give my hearty hello's to bigger ups @ JOOLA. =)

I've tried the Dynaryz ZGX Max on my Zhou Qihao 90.

It's a fantastic forehand rubber, I've tried many hybrid rubbers and this is probably one the best. Very good speed, monstrous spin, and great control.

After 5 hours of usage I have found two issues. I hope Joola could improve on them.

1. The weight. My black ZGX weighs 76,1 gr uncut. Too much. Rakza Z black max weighs 71gr uncut. This weight makes my racket a brick on the forehand side and it also affects my bh, I feel like on the bh I have too much inertia.
Please Joola improve on this department.

2. Durability. It shows wear on the center of the rubber, and also where I put my thumb for serves. The latter is acceptable, but the wear on the center of the rubber is unacceptable after only 5 hours.

If Joola improves on this 2 points we have the best hybrid on the market at a reasonable cost.

How is it different from the other hybrids you tried?

It is faster than rakza z and dignics 09C. It has more spin and less throw than rakza z, the same spin of dignics 09C, for serves it has more spin than both rakza z and dignics 09C, for short strokes it has more spin and control than rakza z and 09C. On counter top spin I have yet to try zgx...
