I am completely neutral for the result of Liang vs. Fan match.. I only hope for a great match!

guys why do you even assume that the two toned ball makes a difference on serve reading OR not? isnt it better to have some statements from players instead making assumptions?

Not grumpy at all.
And agree to a degree. But these guys played each other more than once, so i doubt they really look at the ball's stamp a lot, or in this case how fast the two-toned balls spin, but rather the ball's flight path.
But then again at this level the smallest changes can take the biggest effect.
And you're right regarding ML's game depending on serve, but also others are facing this situation and deceiption is important for nearly all players at this level.

are both forgetting about the sound. sometimes its definitely hard if the server stomps his foot simultaneously but you can still hear the contact sound, thin or crisp

All i can say is that plastic ball destroyed table tennis. Wasnt it supposed to have the exact opposite effect? There are almost no rallies.

This bullshit ball drops faster then celluloid that means players have to stand closer to the table and have less time to react.
Also it is better to just crush the ball with power. Spinning it is almost pointless.

Best league in the world yet it is ****ing boring. The changes ittf continues to make destroy table tennis.

What a night! FZD was so close to get beaten by Wang Chuqin but survived and finally beat LJK 3:0 and claim the Title.

Congratulation to Bayi, Fan Zhendong, Zhou Yu, Zhou Kai, Xu Chenhao, Zhao Zhaoyan, Song Xu and of course Wang Hao!
