I have seen very limited participation of CNT players in the recent open tournaments?
Can someone tell me why is that?

...Rajd...

Well, there is the Chinese nationals champs going on at the moment, and plus, they hardly take part in Major or Challenge series. Mostly it is junior team that take part too

Mizutani had a tough fight against Yoshimura, but well done after saving few matchpoints in 6th to win the match ;)

So tomorrow Dima vs. Drinkhall, who did a nice job beating Freitas, Niwa beat Apolonia and will face Mizutani in second semifinal..

5 Japan players were in womens quarters, 3 of them play semifinals tomorrow. Only not japan player in semis is Xiaona Shan "from" Germany. She will play Ai Fukuhara. The first semifinal will play Kasumi Ishikawa, who after beating Misaki Morizono will play another japan player Hina Hayata, of whom I have never ever heared before :) But she is good enough to beat Sayaka Hirano, so it can be interesting semifinal :) She also beat Irene Ivancan from Germany 4:3 (12-10,11-9,11-8,5-11,15-17,6-11,14-12) .. (Watch it here: http://cdn.laola1.tv/ittf/iframe/pl...a/141107_t2_IVANCAN_Irene_GER_HAYATA_Hina_JPN )
So lets see what will tomorrow happen.. I honestly hope Dima will win this, so he can be satisfied after losing in quarters in the World Cup..
