Waldner hyped it up on TTD - how can no one be talking about if Waldner talked about it? :D.
A1 appears to be a very decent rubber in capable hands. I know two players, who are much better than me, who love it on their FH. One is a top 30 UK vet player, hugs the table looping and countering everything off the bounce. Another is a tall dude looping from half-distance and further. Both seem to like A1 because it is very dynamic and quite spinny (despite being not tacky at all). I tried A1 on the latter's BTY ZJK SZLC and it felt a bit too fast/too low throw for me. No tack whatsoever, even compared to K3 let alone K2.

Yeah,Waldner also hyped the Coppa up and it was a great rubber.
Some are great rubbers and some are mediocre, but I am pleasantly surprised by the Bluestar,if it wouldn´t be so pricey.
ANd yes it is Grippy but not tacky, but very Grippy and maybe more durable in the end then a K3 or MX,in the sense that maybe K§ or MX have the first few sessions more tack but wear off quicker while the Bluestar is more linear in his wearing out,but hasn´t the Spike t start as the other 2.

Bit of a mixed bag really at Practice. The thing I lost was that short touch spin and control... The thing I gained was catapult and pace from the table.

In opening there's alot more safety but the ball is a bit shorter for me on the table.

Hmm, now this is interesting:

rubber-tibhar-hybrid-k3-pro.jpg

TIBHAR Hybrid K3 PRO is the new rubber of the powerful K3 series, this new harder version (55º) adapts perfectly to the game of the uncompromising offensive player. With its increased hardness of the sponge and the consequent increase in power and energy, this rubber allows the player to act with even more power especially in the opening and when countering the opponent's attacking blows with extremely high quality and precision. The rubber also convinces when playing from medium distance with a high ball trajectory that gives you the confidence and control necessary to play with a lot of power and decisive topspins despite the greater distance from the table.

In serve/return actions, the high-adhesion surface gives you greater adhesion of the ball to the rubber, allowing you to generate significantly more spin and optimally prepare your game.

These qualities make the Hybrid K3 Pro a high-performance rubber that is the first choice of many professional TIBHAR players.

AVAILABLE IN JUNE 2024.

I received professional dignics from japanese top athlete and this sounds funny:
performance and durability do not go together
My dignics 09 c topsheet is like new after 400hours but sponge is dead and didnt work well like their dignics are super boosted

IMO, K3 kinda feels mushy compared to K2 ...
K2 is like 54-55 degrees ESN, I think K3 is still like 52 or 53 but has stronger tuning and I'm pretty sure it also has a differently structured topsheet. Compared to even T05H and Nexxus Superselect 53, K3 felt squishier and easier to compress

Pros kill rubbers much faster.
I remember my former coach's Tenergy sheets, they were like new but with a small worn circle in the centre.

This is a NUZN 50 after 2 hours of mostly FH to FH topspin for testing, 11 games played on another day where of course the other side of the racket was also used, two hours of nearly only forehand practice against defence and about 700 contacts during roboter practice. Despite the dust from the balls which I failed to clean before taking the picture no sign of wear.
Compare to a hybrid rubber of your choice.
