Liu Gaoyang: the one who beat Hirano in 2018???If I'm not mistaken, a couple of former (or maybe even current pros) are in WS: Liu Gaoyang and Guo Yan (not the one you're thinking of, but a younger one).

She entered "Rising Star World TTA" as her affiliated club. Their website shows her picture which does look like the former CNT junior:Liu Gaoyang: the one who beat Hirano in 2018???

Congrats, hope the sandbaggers didn't ruin your fun (well to get that far, you usually have to be sorta a sandbagger...)I made the semis of that!!! : )
Thank you! It was great to make it that far. I had to pull off some game 5 wins in the later rounds. I certainly don’t feel underrated here haha but I know what you mean. Appreciate it.Congrats, hope the sandbaggers didn't ruin your fun (well to get that far, you usually have to be sorta a sandbagger...)
There was some real animosity between the two during that one. Very rare to see.Olah vs jarvis was a fun one to watch. Jarvis is really good![]()
i think it was the serve of Tom - quite complicated and a bit hidden by the chestThere was some real animosity between the two during that one. Very rare to see.

hahaSo the U1700 Adult final was just streamed live - the lady who won it registered for the tournament with a rating of 660 and got to a rating of 1409 before the tournament. From my visual estimate, she is easily closer to 2000 at least and hasn't lost a match in any of the events she registered for so far (she is registered from U1000-U1900 Adult) so good luck to anyone who is playing any events she decides to play in. Hopefully she will pull out of a few to give others a chance lol.
Nothing wrong with it from what I can see - Olah just didn't like it and then started trying to serve in a similar way and missed two on the trot. Poor sportsmanship in my view - purposely serving hidden and then dismissing a clear edge ball at the end of the fifth.i think it was the serve of Tom - quite complicated and a bit hidden by the chest
Mathieu De Saintilan and I saw some junior named Connor Lee.Does anyone know about Defenders Playing?
I only know of Wang Wei
Although Tom's serves look strange, I don't see anything illegal about them.Nothing wrong with it from what I can see - Olah just didn't like it and then started trying to serve in a similar way and missed two on the trot. If anything, Olah is the one with the illegal serves. I noticed from the beginning of the match that he leaves his free arm hanging out there until the very last split second.Although Tom's serves look strange, I don't see anything illegal about them.
He throws it high enough, very vertically imo, doesn't hide it.
He just does some arm movement before the throw but that's nothing illegal.
I agree - Olah struggled with them and reacted very poorly and started serving clearly hiding the ball to make his point.Although Tom's serves look strange, I don't see anything illegal about them.
