Anyone noticed Xu Xin wasnt playing his usual STIGA blade? It looked a lot like the Yasaka Ma Lin blade.. Did they swap or anything? lol No, but honestly, I wonder what STIGA would say.. Haha

Yep. He was playing that same blade last tournament as well.

I have this feeling that Yan An might beat Xu Xin and in the finals, Yan An against Ma Long will probably be very interesting.

Well I guess Xu Xin is playing a lot better than I realized. Yan An has been playing great lately though. I believe he should soon be in the top 10.

him and ma will definitely be 1st and 2nd seeds at the worlds though i hope one of those 2 win it, but i would prefer ma long...i know youll disagree

Don't know how the point system works but the difference is only 10 points now so I believe a Pro Tour win should worth more than that.

BTW it is quite surprise to see only RSM reach the final stages while all the new generation Korean players got eliminated in the early rounds. Way to go Ryu!

I have never seen Ma Long playing so poor. It seems he did not want to win. Of course Xu was playing his best.

For Ma Long is good to lose to Xu Xin now..
I know he knows what he was doing..
First two games he was really poor because of his bat - you can see he changed it after the second game and then he played lot better..
But now when he lost, he can (and he will) learn from it and he wont let that happen if they meet in Paris.

i hop ZJK wins it but i think ML or XX will win the titles because of poor performance of ZJK in this months.

It's nice to see such a good coverage of a table tennis event especially events like this World Tour. Although videos are sometimes limited to famous players' matches, (but then I can't deny the fact that top players are always wonderful and entertaining to watch .. I hope TTD will continue to provide these types of coverage for table tennis events.. Continue your excellence!

Ma Long changed his bat after the first two sets of the final. He seemed to be indicating that the sponge was not fixed correctly to the blade.

You can't see it in the edited videos at all, but you can see it in the ITTV video of the final about 16:05 to 16:30.

I was there so had a better view.
